Volunteer Center staff is on temporary furlough with no access to email or voicemail, however we encourage you to connect directly to organizations of interest. Please remember that during our current health emergency, organizations may be slow to respond. Please patient. Thank you. (6/19/20)

Please note: Volunteers must be a least 13 years old to legally register on this website. For volunteers under 13 years of age, a parent/guardian may create a team to include children under 13 on their account and then register team members for an opportunity.

Getting Started is Easy:

  1. Read the "Frequently Asked Questions" page.  This page explains what information we need and why we need it.

  2. Create an online account by clicking on Sign Up/ Registration above.

  3. Tell us about your skills while customizing your My Account page (go to the For Volunteers menu, select My Account, then Overview, then Skills).

Now you're ready to find that great volunteer opportunity!

  1. Search our on-line database to Find An Opportunity. Use filters (date range, when available, age range, etc) to refine search results. You can save your search for future use. Click on opportunity name for details and opportunity connection.

  2. Use the Opportunity Calendar to find opportunities and events that are scheduled for a specific day and time.

  3. Click on Partner Organizations to search our partner agencies. You may want to reach out to one of them and offer to help.

  4. Please be patient. Not all organizations have a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator; it may take a few days to get a response.

Check back often,
new volunteer opportunities are frequently being added!
