Anna's Gift Foundation - help assemble unique craft kits for hospitalized kids!

Thank you for your interest in helping Anna's Gift Foundation assemble unique craft kits for kids in the hospital to "Bring joy to kids through simple crafts"

Click on this link to sign up:    ttsu.me/dm418

This Kit assembling will be held on the following dates:

  • Friday April 27 from 5 pm - 7 pm,
  • Saturday, April 28th, from 9am - 5:30 pm and
  • Sunday, April 29th from 10 am - 4 pm

at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Damascus, Md. We will be in the old church hall accessible from the lower parking lot.

Thank you for helping us in our mission to bring joy to hospitalized kids, and their families and friends!

What do you need to bring? Just yourself!  All other materials are provided.  If you have a cold, runny nose or a cough, please join us next time so we can protect the kids!

The parts to our kits are put together assembly line style, and we provide directions when you arrive. Ages listed on the linked sign up sheet will help guide you to what might be appropriate for you or your child to help with. We are looking for kids (and adults!) to help put together parts for two unique activity kits that kids in the hospital will use to make their own creation. Bring your friends! After we have put all of the parts together for each kit, the kits are sealed, and then delivered to local Children's Hospitals. The kids in the hospital can then take our kits and make their own creation, right in their own hospital room!

Our two kits - one is a Birdhouse kits which is popular with all ages, where our Pillow kits are designed for preteens and teens, because they are so large!

Thank you so much AGAIN (!) to Joanne Aellen and the Girl Scout Community #3242 for helping out once again and bringing together their community of caring hearts to help others, and to Fr. Pierce and St. Paul's Catholic Church for allowing us to use the church space for our craft kit making. Girl Scouts will receive patches; MS and HS helpers can receive SSL hours for helping (Annas Gift is SSL approved).  Thank you also to Volunteer Howard.org for allowing us to post this opportunity on their site!

Thank you once again for helping! And thank you for taking the time out of your day to bring joy, smiles and laughter to a child (and their family) who sure can use it!

With love,

Anna's mom
